Need an atVenu Card Reader? Here is a quick guide on how to get one:
For artists/touring acts:
- If you don't have an account, create an account by clicking sign up at the top of our page. Select which package you want and follow the steps to create your account.
- If you already have an account, log in and Click the Menu button in the upper left corner > Click Register Setup button from the slide-out menu > Click Order Readers
For everyone other than artists (venues, vendors, festivals, etc):
- if you are already a customer and want additional readers/Registers, please contact your account manager or reach out to support@atVenu.com and we will assist you.
- if you are not yet a customer but looking for atVenu card readers, email us at support@atVenu.com and one of our account managers will reach out shortly to get get more information on your needs.
A few notes about our readers:
- atVenu Register requires an iOS device running 13.0 or higher
- atVenu Register is not android compatible so if you order readers and are attempting to use our app on an android device you will not be able to take payments
- Our US readers (Pro and M2) can only process Credit Card transactions. Debit cards which require a PIN cannot be processed. If you need to take debit payments we have a device that will work, contact us to get more details on that or look into our interac product.
Shipping for US Readers (M2):
Orders placed after 3:00pm PST Mon-Thurs will be shipped on the next business day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12:00pm PST Fri will be shipped on the next business day (Mon-Fri).Please allow proper time for your Card Reader order to be processed and delivered.
Only Credit Card Readers ordered from atVenu will work with atVenu Register.
